Aquatic therapy provides a comfortable and more joint friendly environment for exercise.
Our Golf Performance Program provides a complete evaluation of the muscular and skeletal systems. It looks closely at your physical limitations and weaknesses. The Golf Performance Program addresses how your limitations and weaknesses can be corrected to optimize your game.
The Osteoporosis Program helps those who suffer from Osteporosis to develop a safe and appropriate exercise program to improve bone density. We provide an environment that is safe from falls and injury.
Performance Rehabilitation is convieniently located near Apopka, Orlando, Altamonte Springs and Longwood, Florida.
Our overall goal for each client is to improve their well being and maximize physical function.
Each program is individually designed by a licensed physical therapist for that specific client's goals and needs.
